Warriors Helping Warriors

 

Warriors Helping Warriors is our motto for getting involved in our community to help those who are battling the challenges of poverty, homelessness, and abuse.  We want to harness the power and energy of our teams so we can actively bring about positive change in our community.  We want our kids to experience the power of kindness and to further bond as a team by accomplishing things off of the pitch.

 

Our first focus is the Wichita Children's Home.  The Wichita Children's Home offers the only emergency, temporary residential shelter for children in our community.  They have a wish list of supplies they need so that they can continue operate.  The list can be found on their website at www.wch.org.  We would like our Club to gather items on that list so we may help provide ongoing support.  We want the kids to be involved as much as they can and is appropriate.
